60ml Amplify
10ml lime juice
20ml nettle cordial
3 mint sprigs, leaves picked
Soda top
Build first four ingredients into a highball glass with crushed ice. Churn and then top with soda. Top up the glass with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
